Fight with your stress
Through this lecture, I learned that before doing things, you can use pre-analysis methods. Because when you are stressed, the brain releases cortisol. Cortisol is toxic and it can cause unclear thinking. Therefore, the practice of pre-analysis is to realize that under pressure, you are not in the best condition, and you should keep things in order. We need to cultivate the habit of thinking ahead to face such things. The important thing here is to realize that all of us are not perfect. No matter who you are, you will experience failure from time to time. If you analyze beforehand, you must think ahead of what the possible failures are.
