▪        Following your performance review, write a reflection on the process with attention to detail on how your scoring compared to your supervisor’s scoring of your performance.  



According to my supervisor’s comment, I should improve my technical knowledge, especially in Xero, because Xero's online accounting software connects me to accountants & bookkeepers. I need to use many functions in my work, and a good understanding of these skills will help me work effectively.

In addition, I need to continue to improve in terms of communication. Whether it is to communicate with customers or with a team, and an efficient communication method is essential. This is a necessary means to improve customer satisfaction and teamwork efficiency.

Third, written skills are also important because I need to communicate with colleagues and clients verbally and via email, as well as writing various reports. Therefore, it is very important to write clearly and well.


▪        Consider why there are discrepancies where any have been identified and how you could reduce that in either improvement of your performance, or communicating more effectively with your supervisor.

In order to improve performance, I should not only work harder than before, improve myself by participating in training courses or learning new skills from the website or gaining more experience than me.
On the other hand, I should maintain a positive attitude towards everything, work wisely, and pay more attention to issues when communicating. At the same time, I will actively communicate with my colleagues to reduce errors. Finally, I also meet regularly with supervisors to discuss how to improve them and work in the implementation process.

Fight with your stress

  Through this lecture, I learned that before doing things, you can use pre-analysis methods. Because when you are stressed, the brain releases cortisol. Cortisol is toxic and it can cause unclear thinking.
