Navitas Professional Services are reviewing their values system and have asked staff members to consider how they identify with and demonstrate the current values.

·        Deliver Promises

Delivering on your promises is doing what you say you are going to do when you say you are going to do it. Every time you follow through on a commitment, small or large, you build trust. And if you go above and beyond, you make an even stronger impression.

This is consistent with my consciousness. Ancient Chinese proverbs often say that they must do what they say. From this point of view, navitas' vision is in line with our values. And this value is also in line with the values of world development.

 

·        Clear Communication

Clear communication is about more than just exchanging information. It’s about understanding the emotion and intentions behind the information. As well as being able to clearly convey a message, we need to also listen in a way that gains the full meaning of what’s being said and makes the other person feel heard and understood.

Through the guidance of navitas trainer, I have a lot of confidence in my communication skills and made a lot of progress. In order for us to improve our English ability, trainer always puts students of different nationalities in a group. This allows us to cooperate in various ways to improve our communication efficiency and ability. This is what I have learned the most.

 

·        Innovate

Innovation in the workplace tends to refer to the process of introducing something new. This process starts from the origination of an idea and goes on to the transformation and implementation of that idea, taking into account the system on which the process unfolds.

Not sticking to tradition and being brave to innovate are the new ideas that navitas brings to me. This allows me to better use it at work.

·        Embrace Change

Change is inevitable, and those who embrace change in the workplace set themselves up for opportunities to grow. These changes can lead to positive benefits for us, our co-workers, and the business as a whole, and being adaptable can help you become a leader on your team.

 

·        Respect

Respect is the foundation of any positive and healthy workplace. It’s the support beam of every team, holding people up at eye-level with each other. Respect in the workplace is recognising that we, ouremployer and co-workers all have individual opinions, rights, values, beliefs, experience and competence.

 

Navitas with Workplace policies has long been guided by respect, drawing awareness to discrimination, fair work policies and working conditions. Respect encourages new ideas and innovation by ensuring the entire team hears differing values, beliefs and opinions.

·        Collaborate

Collaboration is said to take place when two individuals or a group of people work together towards achieving a common goal by sharing their ideas and skills. It can happen in traditional as well as virtual teams. With advancements in technology, using cloud-based programs to share files and communicate has become commonplace.

Teamwork is my favorite project. Every time I collide with my partner, I can make sparks and make work more and more efficient.
